Thank you so much for your professtional and compassionate manner. Home Instead Austin served us well during Dad’s Hospice time at home.

Your CAREGiver, Z.R., was our gentle angel. She was loving, gentle, and ever-attentive to Dad’s needs. She and I learned a lot about changing, turning, and bathing a non-mobile adult. Z.R. was willing and ready to step in and do whatever needed doing to help things in our house run smoothly. We were comfortable having her in our home. We could not have asked for a better helper during our most difficult time.

Dearest Home Instead friends,

Just a note to say thanks for providing such a delightful solution to my dilemma when I was facing peridontal surger.  Denise answered my first inquiry and was very pleasant and positive about the agency beeing able to help, although I think my situation may have been somewhat atypical. 

Catherine came by my apartment to handle the paperwork, and I felt as if I had made a new friend by the time she left.  My only memory of P.J. (caregiver) is when I met her at the door early that morning.  I was pretty heavily medicated by that time.  She must be a little Mighy-Mite; she was able to get me down and up three flights of stairs that day!  Summing up, it wasn’t “just” the superb care (I expected that), but the way the Home Instead staff was able to give me peace of mind while maintainging my sense of independence.
